I was in a unique position that afforded me the time to do a bit of research, drive a few cars, and carefully weigh my options prior to making a decision. Based on two prior purchases with Sunset Ford, it was pretty much a 'no brainer' in regards to who I was going to spend my money with; the only thing potentially hampering this would be the unlikely event that the specifications I was looking for not might not be available to them. They didn't disappoint. My contact person at Sunset is Mike Geraghty, with whom I made my previous purchases with. When I began my search I stopped by to discuss the particulars of my situation with him, as well as what I had in mind. A test drive took place that afternoon and I realized that my mind was fairly well made up, deciding on a 2015 Ford Edge Sport. The next few weeks were spent researching various options, colours, etc. and keeping Mike in the loop while I waited for a few other things to fall into place. As soon as I knew when I would be ready to finalize the sale I gave Mike a call to keep him updated, and within a day or so he sent me an e-mail indicating that a vehicle with the specs I was looking for was available. We arrived at 2:00 that afternoon, and were driving away in a beautiful, new Tuxedo Black 2015 Ford Edge Sport shod in 21" Pirelli Scorpions by 4:30 the same day. The whole process was fantastic and the staff there, especially Mike, is extremely accommodating, respectful of the fact that making a purchase like this is a substantial investment. Needless to say I'm pretty satisfied with the whole process/experience, and would definitely recommend Sunset Ford to anyone. And yes, Mike will be my contact person in the future. More
