Great! I went into Sunset knowing the exact Ford Escape I was interested in. Randy was extremely understanding and called a technician right away to get it down so I could take it on a test drive instead of trying to sell me on another more convenient car. He knew all the specs about the car and was very informative. He wasn't pushy at all! Once I bought it he went the extra mile to teach me how to use the MyFordTouch system. I would highly recommend not closing the deal til Sunset! And ask for Randy!! More
