Professional Salesman: Randy places the customer first. My 91 year old mother's car was totaled in a crash. I looked for used cars on the internet and even though Sunset Ford was first on my list, we ended My 91 year old mother's car was totaled in a crash. I looked for used cars on the internet and even though Sunset Ford was first on my list, we ended up at a quite a few dealerships before meeting Randy at Sunset Ford. (We saved the best for last.) I had a 2009 Ford Focus on my list, and Randy pulled it up so my mother could look at it. He explained the features, took us for a ride, and made us feel like we were special customers. When we came back to the dealership, my mother wanted to sit in the car. He was kind and adjusted her seat until she felt comfortable, and explained the features again. My mother ended up buying the Ford Focus, and Randy offered to drive it back to Illinois, because my mother was afraid to drive it on the highway. He said, "Don't worry we'll take care of everything." He did, and drove the Ford Focus right into my mother's garage! I was also impressed with the repairs Sunset Ford did on the car, to get it ready for us. Thank you Randy! You're the best! More
