Tim Stewart, the commercial account manager there, was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. Also very accommodating in helping keep my time at the dealership to a minimum pleasure to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, and easy going. He worked with me to complete some of the paperwork remotely by email, and even came to pick me up when it was time to come pick up the vehicle. I’ve been to the service center a few times and I’m typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I typically never greeted and stand around for a few minutes before someone offers to help me. They’re able to get me checked in and out quickly, but I usually just wait until my name is called to pay for my service and leave. I’m still waiting for someone to call me back about getting some pieces replaced that have come off my car. If I knew of a closer dealership, I’d probably go there for service. More
