Way over my expectations!!! I went in thinking that I was going to trade my 2011 Ford Taurus for a newer model. Jeff Bakken found a car and we set up a date that I would finish t I went in thinking that I was going to trade my 2011 Ford Taurus for a newer model. Jeff Bakken found a car and we set up a date that I would finish the deal. When I got home, I was disappointed in myself. I again was buying a car out of feel good and not practical. I felt so silly going back the Jeff stating that I needed to start the search over again. Jeff did not have a problem with that. He simply stated that that was okay and lets start over. My expectations were that I would be a bother and I would have to fight to get what was right for me. The exact opposite happened. Jeff and Mike showed concern that I would find the right car. I drove out of Sunset with a new Ford Focus at 0%!!! That has been over 2 weeks and I am still bragging to everyone I can how awesome the experience was! More

Got just what we needed I called ahead of time and was set up with a salesman (Jeff Bakken)) who talked through their options that fit our budget. We were never pressured to go outside of what we could afford, and they were focused on getting us in the right car for us. We set up a time to visit and test drive cars, and, when we got there, Jeff already had the cars we had discussed ready to go. He showed us the different features on the cars, walked through their history (we were shopping for pre-owned vehicles), and talked through the pluses and minuses of each. After test driving, he let us decide which car we wanted and never pressured us to get a certain car. We did all our financial paperwork with Mike Carr, and he helped us walk through all of our options for payment, warranties, and everything else. It could not have been made easier. By the time we finished signing all the papers, they had run the car through the cleaner again, put on the plates for us, and had it completely ready to go. We could not have been more pleased with the whole experience, and we never felt pressured to buy--they were committed to getting us into the right car for our needs. They even told us that, if we were not sure, to take our time and to look at other places to see what they had to offer. We would definitely shop there again. More
