Brett and sales manager, Mike Rich, were very respectful and made my son ad I feel very comfortable. In the nick of time, we found the "Perfect" truck My son and I were looking for a particular "perfect" Ford truck and after looking at 5 Ford dealerships in IL and MO, we were directed from the Sunset My son and I were looking for a particular "perfect" Ford truck and after looking at 5 Ford dealerships in IL and MO, we were directed from the Sunset Ford in MO to the Sunset Ford IL dealer. We hurriedly drove from Sunset Ford in St. Louis back to Waterloo, as they had the "perfect" truck, we arrived at approx 430pm, we were greeted at the door by Jeff Bakken. Jeff was terrific and very pleasant to deal with, he went out of his way to help us and I would recommend this dealership just because of the service we received from Jeff. Again thank you so much for you great service Jeff and making my day with that "perfect" truck. P.S. The "perfect" Ford truck was the same make and model as my late husbands truck, he had just passed away in May. My son and I wanted that particular style of that "perfect" Ford truck, we found it after looking since early that Saturday morning. Sincerely, Kathy J. I found him to be rather arrogant and condescending, only with a fake smile the entire time. I would be hesitant coming back to deal with him again, I also wrote a check paid in full for that "perfect" truck. And I'm looking for 2 more farm trucks, so I hope he isn't the one I will be doing the final paperwork dealing with. I was so impressed with his mannerisms that I didn't even remember his name. More

Excellent Service! Today I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for its 10,000 mile checkup. I was greeted by Brad Middendorf who quickly took my information and determined that Today I took my 2012 Ford Focus in for its 10,000 mile checkup. I was greeted by Brad Middendorf who quickly took my information and determined that I needed an oil change and tire rotation. He then directed me to the customer waiting area where I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee. About 30 minutes later Brad came in and informed me that there was a serious problem with the rear tire on the driver's side and that the tire needed to be replaced. A couple of weeks ago while on Christmas vacation in southern Missouri I had accidentally bumped a concrete median and blew out the front tire on the drivers side. The company that replaced the tire did not notice that the rear tire was also damaged. The technician at Sunset Ford did notice and saved me another blow out in a few weeks (or days!). I had road hazard insurance on the tires and Brad contacted the insurance company and arranged for a replacement tire at no cost to me (thank you Brad!). The oil change and tire rotation were completed promptly and I was soon back home. What more can I say but excellent service! More

One car he wouldn't even bring out because he didn't think it would be what I wanted. He didn't want to "just sell me a car" he wanted to be sure it was the best for me and my needs.
