Earlier this month I decided it was time to replace my 1999 Dodge Neon (216,000 miles!). My contact person at Sunset (Jerry Edwards) was head and shoulders above my contacts at the other dealers. Unlike the other salesmen, he never tried to pressure me via the phone or email. He just showed me the Ford Focus that I was interested in and answered all of the questions that I had. He managed to find the exact color and model of the Focus that wanted. I stopped by twice for test drives (once without advance warning) and both times he had me out on the road in a matter of minutes. I am 62 years old, and Jerry is the BEST salesman I have ever worked with. I purchased the Focus last Friday, and I can say that the next time I purchase a vehicle (probably for my granddaughter in a couple of years), it will be through Jerry at Sunset Ford. He is the BEST!
