Was told we had to spend a lot of money to fix a blinker issue. Took a long time to fix. Then the key fob that was the big cost and time did not work. The vehicle is my daughters car who goes to school in S issue. Took a long time to fix. Then the key fob that was the big cost and time did not work. The vehicle is my daughters car who goes to school in Springfield,Mo. a dealership in Springfield fixed the issue (wonderfull place to do buisiness). We had to pay for this and have not been reimbursed from Sunset Ford’s mistake! More

Brought my 2019 Ford ranger in to figure out what was wrong with the heating and cooling system. Once Lonnie my service advisor Heard what the problem was she knew that it might require a few days and le wrong with the heating and cooling system. Once Lonnie my service advisor Heard what the problem was she knew that it might require a few days and let me know right away. Turns out my whole heater box had to be changed out and the service department worked with my warranty through Silver Rock to get the truck back to me in just 4 days. Great work! More
