Prompt, kept me informed of progress. I wouldn’t say this is the Waterloo locations fault but my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case w my repair took 3 months, the part was on back order and Ford wouldn’t rent me a car and told me there was nothing they could do besides open a case which Ford did nothing about. I ended up having to buy a new car to get me to and from because my car wasn’t safe to drive until it had its repair. More

Sunset Ford staff are always friendly and helpful and do a great job servicing my vehicle. I am usually very busy working and being able to use a loaner to get to work would be very helpful if I need to le a great job servicing my vehicle. When asked why she couldn’t give him my car she got an attitude and proceeded to tell him that she shouldn’t even be there because it was 5:02 and they close @ 5 Kelly is the one who called me to tell me my car was ready.Kelly from customer service was the most disrespectful. disappointing customer service rep I have ever met. Once she called me to tel me my car was ready. She told my husband that him and I need to do our jobs and call the warranty company our selves. That’s not our job it’s Kelly’s job to do. Again do not take your car here. You will be disappointed. You have been warned. More
