I have been attempting for 2 days to get the spare tire down and I had recently purchased the truck and did not realize that I did not have the spare tire key to lower it. I had been given Marks name at S down and I had recently purchased the truck and did not realize that I did not have the spare tire key to lower it. I had been given Marks name at Sunset Ford and he could possibly help me. Made contact and he had access to a master set of keys for the lock. He was able to get the spare tire down and he even put the tire in the bed of the truck for me. That was awesome, I really appreciated all of his assistance that he gave me. Overall the service was excellent. However, the scheduling process is a little confusing. Verbally you are told one time. You get a different time in an email confirmation.
