Sunset has a large service area and is well staffed. I’ve been to other dealerships in the past 40 years and Sunset is well organized and clean. Poor customer service/Horrid management I called to let them know I have an issue with my 2018 Ford Escape. The touch screen has failed to power on 3 times in the past week. I’ve had this vehicle LESS than a YEAR and am UNDER 36,000 miles. Yet I was told it may not be covered under the 3 year/36000 mile warranty. I left a review on their Facebook page to let customers know that the Ford warranty we put so much faith in does not cover all we think it does. This OWNER, as he chose to identify himself in all caps, decided to berate me on social media for hours telling me to call him if I didn’t like what I’d been told rather than reach out to me with a courtesy call. Seven hours after I’d stopped replying and had tried to let the matter drop Justin Heutel, again on social media, informed me that he had cancelled the service appointment on the car they sold me and told me to go somewhere else... When I bought my 2013 Escape from Sunset and took it home, my fiancée noticed hail damage on the vehicle and called immediately asking why it had not been disclosed. They denied that it had been in a hail storm. My fiancée, an insurance appraiser, made a mark with masking tape on each indentation caused by hail and also noted bubbling in the paint. They acted immediately. I foolishly failed to realize that the only reason I was treated so respectfully and it was addressed so quickly was because it was a 6’7” man in the automobile business bringing it to their attention. I thought, mistakenly, “wow, they really take care of their customers.” So even living an hour south of St Louis I decided to return and purchase a third Escape from Sunset Ford. I mistakenly believed they cared about their customers. Thank you Justin for showing me you do not have the care and concern for customers that the generations who built that business before you did. You are right there are many other Ford dealerships to choose from and we don’t have to come to Sunset Ford. Remember you said that to your customer. And I’ll share those words in as many forums as I can. Regardless of your attempts to block me. More

Above and beyond! I was so impressed with how Lonnie took care of me. I had scuffed up 3 rims on my Mustang and she made sure they would all be covered to be repaired a I was so impressed with how Lonnie took care of me. I had scuffed up 3 rims on my Mustang and she made sure they would all be covered to be repaired and got me a rental while they had my car. She made the whole process so quick and painless for me. The Sunset Body Shop is Second to NONE I was very confused about the process of getting my truck fixed after my fender bender so I wanted to take my truck to two places that were preferred I was very confused about the process of getting my truck fixed after my fender bender so I wanted to take my truck to two places that were preferred by my insurance company. Both places would not see me for an extended period of time saying that they were way too busy and didn't have time to look at my truck. The first company got me in after a month and after looking at the truck for only 10 minutes wrote up the quote and said that they could schedule an appointment to have it fixed about three weeks out. The second shop couldn't see me for a solid month. I decided to call Sunset Ford. I set up an appointment and they let me immediately bring in my truck. They went over my truck in great detail and found a few other things directly related to the accident that were not found by the other shop and probably would not be noticed by me until long after the truck was fixed. Sunset Ford's people were extremely nice, very informative, took me through the whole process and within a week my truck (which had quite a bit of work to be done to it) was back and looked like NEW! Not only that but after they finished working on my truck they must have a policy of delivering the customer's vehicle in better shape than when it was brought in because I left the interior a mess but when I got it back, it was all cleaned out and smelled amazing. I'm so glad that the preferred shops from my insurance company couldn't get me in otherwise I wouldn't have found out about the service at Sunset Ford. From the shop manager to the mechanics, Big xxxxxxto the whole crew! Thank you Sunset Ford. More
