Sunset Ford - Service Center

I had an appointment scheduled for over two months, and the day before the appointment I called to make sure the appointment was still on. Within 10 minutes I got a call from the service department telling the day before the appointment I called to make sure the appointment was still on. Within 10 minutes I got a call from the service department telling me again I had an appointment. Then I dropped off the vehicle and talked with the lady behind the counter about my recall repair. The next morning I received a voicemail telling me they couldn’t fix my vehicle because they didn’t have the necessary parts. So, I talked with three different people and none of them could have cancelled this appointment so I wouldn’t have drove all the way from Pacific, MO for service that wasn’t going to happen. It sure would have been nice if someone could have let me know in advance that the parts weren’t available and kept me from driving all the way to Sunset Hills and also bring another vehicle twice to get dropped off and picked up. All someone had to do is let me know! The service manager tried to tell me that your company was having problems with the parts, which that is fine, all I was asking for was a call to save me all the driving and my time! More

Is always backed up. You have to go on a 2-3 week waiting list. No rentals while you wait. I originally went in for a mechanical issue and the service rep made sure that was addressed and also looked up any recalls and promptly addressed that as well. The people are friendly.
