The main problem was fixed and resolved but then it create a new problem. Sent my truck in for a def failure and they ended up fixing it and removing it from limp mode. I have called several times to try to fix this and haven’t received much help… hoping they dont try to charge me again for something they did. More

I had booked an appointment for a recall and waited 3 weeks to get in. Once I dropped off my vehicle I was called to say that the parts were not available. They kept the car for 3 days.
