Service rep argued with me that the battery wasn’t under warranty on a car that’s less than 3 years old with less than 36,000 miles on it. Unfriendly and argumentative. Later he semi apologized and tried to warranty on a car that’s less than 3 years old with less than 36,000 miles on it. Unfriendly and argumentative. Later he semi apologized and tried to claim he meant something else. Another service rep that brought my keys was very nice and explained things in detail to my satisfaction. I’ve had other questionable service reps at this dealer on warranty items that I got fixed at a different dealer. I’m being kind rating a 2. More

First I was told that my 4 wheel drive truck needed work and I don’t have a 4 wheel drive truck. When I told him he said that the mechanic was working on several trucks and got mine confused with another on and I don’t have a 4 wheel drive truck. Then the price quoted for repairs went up by $200 and when I asked why he said he looked at the wrong side of his paperwork. I’ve been having all of my service work done on three vehicles at Sunset for close to ten years because I trusted the company but now I’m not sure. More

Had trouble with that car battery had AAA jumping to give me going and took the car to Sunset we were waiting on by young man named Jordan who told us it would be several days before they get to it they foun me going and took the car to Sunset we were waiting on by young man named Jordan who told us it would be several days before they get to it they found the problem and called us and when we went to pick it up Jordan had the car out on the parking lot went out and got in the rain and brought it in so my wife would not get wet he bent over backwards to help solve our problem I have recent surgery and wasn't able to drive I was just sitting watching what was going on and he was very professional will take my car there again for repairs More
