Customer service was excellent starting with the individual answering the phone. The service I received from Brett Mathis was beyond exceptional. I am writing to say how awesome Morgan Boyd-Keys is in the Sunset Ford Service department. I needed some work done on my older Ford Explorer recently and was hoping to have it finished and back so I could the Sunset Ford Service department. I needed some work done on my older Ford Explorer recently and was hoping to have it finished and back so I could drive it to my families Thanksgiving celebration in Ste. Genevieve. The day before Thanksgiving came and my Explorer was still being worked on, and a few minutes before they closed for the Holiday, Morgan Called me to tell me it was finished and could be picked up. I couldn't get to the dealership until after they closed that day and Morgan offered to stay late for me so I could pick up my truck. I REALY APPRECIATE her offering to stay late on the day before a Holiday, I'm sure she had plenty things that she wanted to do to prepare for the Holiday herself. But she waited for me to get there, and I was able to drive my Explorer to Thanksgiving the next day. THANK YOU, MORGAN!! You helped make the Holiday possible. :-) More
