Would not fix my new truck's issue Bought 2019 Colorado new in Dec 2018. Had (still has) grinding noise in front. Said they fixed it at delivery. Wasn't fixed. Had to bring back. Told m Bought 2019 Colorado new in Dec 2018. Had (still has) grinding noise in front. Said they fixed it at delivery. Wasn't fixed. Had to bring back. Told me to drive it a few hundred miles. Did so. Still grinding. Took it back again (remember, new truck!), they kept it several days. Diagnosed loose bearings in front, needed new front differential, 3 months to get parts, ok to drive. Never heard from them, took it back to them in May 2019. . .now they say nothing is wrong and they won't fix anything. Zero chance out of ten I would buy anything from Sunshine. Highly frustrating experience. Still driving/paying for new truck with grinding noise in front. More

Awesome car great people but don’t call David and Zak were incredibly helpful in questions, describing consicely every detail. I tried calling and Natasha and the other lady who picked up David and Zak were incredibly helpful in questions, describing consicely every detail. I tried calling and Natasha and the other lady who picked up the phone were not helpful, they didn’t have an understanding of the layout, and appeared to not be very smart in general. When I tried to move appointment from 6pm to 4pm they had said that there was no appointment to begin with! I’m not sure what was going on there. I would 100% recommend this dealership to friends but I would tell them not to call just go in person More
