Good buying experience! Terrible after I left the lot. John, my salesman, was great. Couldn’t have asked for a better guy. Had a good buying experience. Bought a brand new truck and left the lot. 3 days later my brakes failed and I had to have it towed back to the dealership. Not the dealerships fault, it was a recall. Had to call 4-5 times to try and figure out if I was getting a loaner. Seemed like they didn’t wanna give me one and then they finally told me they’d get me in something after “fighting” for it all day. So i rushed over after work, a 35 minute drive. Had the loaner for 1 1/2 days and took it back to pick up my truck. Once I was there i wanted to cancel the GAP insurance I signed up for. Brandon told me he would just email me the form to cancel. That was on Monday. On Wednesday I started calling to get him to send me the email since I never got it. I called probably 6-7 times a day Wednesday-Friday leaving a voicemail for Brandon and Paul. Neither one would answer their phone or call me back. So I waited till Tuesday on my day off and drove another 35 minutes over there to sign the form that Brandon “forgot” to email. After all my calls and voicemails he’s just sitting at his desk eating and talking to other employees. I had a great buying experience. But once I got the truck it’s been a disaster. Customer service has been terrible. Left a great review the day of my purchase, now I would not recommend. More
