Estimated my trade in @ 50% less than every possible vehicle trade in value site on the internet. And when asked he was like a deer in headlights. Seems to me this is how they paid for this new store of theirs ripping people off on their trade in value. Won't be back and the sad part is I was planning on buying two vehicles at one time. Sunshine's loss is the next Chevy dealers gain. More

Classic "bait and switch" They gave me the best price I had seen on a brand new 2014 Silverado. I told them that if they could sell me the truck they had spec'd out for me for that price and includ price I had seen on a brand new 2014 Silverado. The manager, Ken gave me the print out and we shook on it. Took a few days to come in and I was in a hurry and didn't look over the truck as well as I should have. When I got home the next day and looked it over I realized that not only was there features missing, features that I paid extra for, but it was an entirely different truck. the VIN# was wrong. The all terrain tires that I paid an additional $350, the LED lights in the bed $60 (but cost more to add later) and the Transmission cooler are not on my truck. When I confronted them they acted like they would make these things right and it was an honest mistake. FInally I had an appointment to get these things added in the service department as well as a front wheel alignment. When I picked up the truck the next day I learned the salesman told the service department not to put the transmission cooler on, telling him it was already installed (its not) told me the tires cost way more than the $350 they charged me and they are not going to change the tires and didn't even offer the $350 refund and then said the LED lights are not available. (LIE) First I thought the sales manager Kenneth was dishonest and the salesman Ed was a good guy. After I learned Ed directed the service department to lie I realize he is also dishonest. Bottom line: these people make deals too good to be true and then hope the buyers never catch on that they didn't get what they paid for. Then they lie to get out of that if they get caught. They do not know their product and its one lie after another. DO yourself a favor and pass this dealership by. If the deal seems too good to be true then it probably is and make sure you look that vehicle over for hours before you sign the paperwork. I have given them plenty of time to do the right thing and delayed this review in hopes that it was an honest mistake and holding hope that they are good people. WRONG! Watch out dealing with this bunch! Also, I bought a new Camry for the wife (somewhere else) and went to the same credit union Sunshine hooked me up with. I then learned that they lied telling them I could get the rate somewhere else and they even had a pre approval letter with a lower rate from someone else in their file. Did they falsify that because I certainly didn't apply elsewhere and bring them a letter? More

I went in to trade my car in near excellent condition for a car in barely fair condition. Was originally told it was traded for but after seeing all the signs of auction, number in the door jam and on the wi a car in barely fair condition. (Consider the resent weather there) I ask for a car fax it shows an accident disclosure, she could see what on her screen but did not show it on the print out to me. Just said right front damamge. I went in with KBB print out values for my car and theres. They said oh we don't use KBB we us NADA which I came back and check and it is less than 100.00 different. They had ther car priced at Very good KBB value and offer me less than below fair trade-in-value. Not sure who they usually deal with but not me. When I showed her I had the print outs and values they made not other offers and walked us to the door. Worst local dealer experience ever and I have bought ALOT of cars. More
