I had a disappointing experience with the service I received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up received. The staff member I interacted with was unprofessional and hardly acknowledged me when I arrived for my appointment. There was no follow-up after the service, which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. During my last visit, they ordered the wrong part for my vehicle, and while he expressed concern about my baby and me waiting if the service took longer than expected, I felt it was inappropriate for him to comment on our situation. The truth is, we only have one vehicle, so waiting is the only option for us. Overall, I found him to be unfriendly, and I have not had any positive experiences with him. I hope this feedback helps improve the service for future customers. More

Feel like I was lied too… my drivers side seat belt rattles and vibrates during and after operation… it’s super annoying driving with it after a while…Purchased the vehicle brand new in 2024 with 11 mi rattles and vibrates during and after operation… it’s super annoying driving with it after a while…Purchased the vehicle brand new in 2024 with 11 miles on the dash. The issue didn’t start until a week ago. I was told that it’s normal and the device isn’t defective bc that how GM makes them… also said that three other new vehicles were tested and they all displayed the same issue… after my own research I was informed that the seat belt retractor was either damaged, loose, or malfunctioning and needed to be replaced…I requested it to be replaced but was told I would have to pay out of pocket because they didn’t think it was defective even when the entire vehicle is still under warranty less than a year after purchase. I brought up the point that if this is a GM standard then why is only one seat belt displaying this issue and not both…meaning why don’t the passenger side seat belt display the same rattling… I was given no reason… I will schedule a follow up with another GM dealership to see if the issue can be addressed. More
