Horrible experience with Jim Frolich Called Toyota today looking for my Salesman. He wasn’t in so I asked for another Salesman. I was handed off to Jim Frolich. I asked Jim if he could d Called Toyota today looking for my Salesman. He wasn’t in so I asked for another Salesman. I was handed off to Jim Frolich. I asked Jim if he could do me a favor and check on my trade-in for a Safe Deposit Box Key that I couldn’t find. He told me the car was most likely in processing and not available. I told him I had just seen the car for sale on the internet. He then said it wasn’t his job and that I would have to wait until my Salesman came to work that morning. I told him my urgency about my timeline at work and if he didn’t help me that I would have to drive a round trip of an hour and a half to resolve this with the bank for my protection. He was not swayed and again said I’m not his customer and that he’s not going to check for me. I lost my cool which I regret but this guy was rude and disrespectful to my issue. I told him he was lazy and that it was bs that he won’t help me. I again told him I can’t wait until my Salesman came in and he said oh well or something to that effect. After seeing his photo on here I realized this was the same guy who tried to give me a horrible deal a few years ago. I made sure I never used him again. . More

Easiest Car Buying experience I live about 3.5 hours from Sunshine Toyota. Justin did an excellent job communicating what I could get for my trade in as well as what terms I could I live about 3.5 hours from Sunshine Toyota. This guy doesn't try to high anything, what we communicated on via email was exactly what occurred when I made the drive down. There was no heckling, no BS, good honest guy. Certainly would recommend him and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle.
