Third purchase from Sunshine Sunshine has been our go-to dealer for about 10 years. Last week we decided to replace our 2007 RAV4 with a recent model. We prefer Toyota's Certified used cares and we've found that Sunshine usually has a decent supply on hand. This time was no different. We worked with Jim Froelich this time around. Jim was very knowledgeable about the cars on sale and was helpful in answering our questions. Jim was the complete opposite of a "pushy" car salesman. We never felt that was trying to emotionally sway our decisions. As for the dealership, we really like the service department. We've never felt taken advantage of when our cars have needed service. What a great team! I loved my 2012 Prius Plug-In that Sunshine had brought to Michigan from New York. At my last service appointment Courtney told me about a 2018 Plug- I loved my 2012 Prius Plug-In that Sunshine had brought to Michigan from New York. At my last service appointment Courtney told me about a 2018 Plug-In that was in stock. She knew I would want to take a look at the new model. It had already sold before I could even see it. Courtney kept an eye out for other Plug-Ins coming through and called me when there was another Plug-In and she thought I would love it. She and I are both purple people, but we like some of the other bright colors and the Blue Magnetism on this car was very striking. I came to Sunshine directly from work and met Justin and looked over my new car. I knew immediately that this would be my new car. Justin and Aimee made everything with the purchase smooth and easy. The trade-in amount for my 2012 model was calculated while we discussed the purchase. Courtney and David both popped over from service to check if I was satisfied with the new model and color. I love my new car. The team at Sunshine was wonderful to work with. I have been a loyal customer with Sunshine since 2007 when I bought my first Prius. I have never had a complaint with anything. Knowledgeable Salesperson, excellent car inventory Northern Toyota dealership had a very limited Highlander inventory on their lot. Did not appear overly interested in finding the color of Highlander Limited Platinum vehicle that I wanted to buy. Used the Costco vehicle purchase program to locate Sunshine Toyota and found everything that I was looking for. Salesperson Krista Shields contacted me within 24 hours and was wonderful to work with. She offered to have the car delivered to my home which is over 200 miles from their dealership. Since I was visiting my son that was not far from Sunshine Toyota I opted to pick the car up in person. If you're interested in purchasing a Toyota I would recommend giving Sunshine Toyota a try I'm happy I did and I'm sure you too will not be disappointed. More

Jim came out with the right financing rate, best price, and good trade offer the first time. Dennis in finance was professional and low pressure on the extras offered.
