I bought a new 2011 Sienna from Dennis Walters, sight unseen over email and phone since we were out of state and knew what we wanted. Dennis was very responsive and helpful through the extremely fast and pleasurable buying process. He offered to reduce the price since we didn't need one of the options (and the option was permanent to the vehicle) without me even asking. Dennis followed up, was low pressure as stated, and awesome to deal with. I highly recommend this dealer and Dennis Walters specifically. More

This is our 3rd purchase at Sunshine Toyota and our 2nd with employee Chip Iceberg. Chip is a delight to work with because he is not pushy or aggressive. The last purchase we made came with an after market CD/Radio but had no remote control for the unit, which is required for many functions like setting the clock, setting preset stations, etc. These functions cannot be done without the remote. I spoke with Chip about this today. He tracked down the previous owner and found that he did not have the remote. Chip told me that he would pay for a new remote if I could simply find a place to purchase one. Chip is honest and helpful and we will always use him when we make a purchase and have recommended him to our friends. Also, the finance department did a fantastic job getting me a great rate on the recent purchase. I never went to dealerships before the last 3 cars because they seemed untrustworthy and dishonest. I feel the opposite about Sunshine Toyota. More

I purchased a Tacoma under the cash for clunkers program in August, 2009. Initially my email did not bring a response from Sunshine Toyota. Susshine secured a vehicle I wanted and the closing went very smoothly with Aimee paving the way My next contact was to bring it in for service in March and I found Aimee still involved and everything went well. She arranged for a ride to downtown Battle Creek for a lunch I had arranged. We own three other Toyotas and one Lexus in CT and FL. I believe it is an exceptional value. The MPG, after the first oil change after the spring weather arrived, has been about what was estimated. My only complaint is that it's so much fun to drive I tend to volunteer to drive much too often, thus burning more gas due to the extra miles.
