I was greeted as soon as I entered the device area. Courtney was the service writer. Courtney greeted by name, in a polite and personal manner. Courtney confirmed what was being done that afternoon. I hate buying cars. I knew what I wanted and a closer dealership didn’t have it but sat there and tried to sell me a different model. I don’t have much patience for some I knew what I wanted and a closer dealership didn’t have it but sat there and tried to sell me a different model. I don’t have much patience for someone who does not take the time to listen to their customer. Justin on the other hand was a breath of fresh air. I gave him the heads up that I was coming and I was test driving the car in less than 15 min of being there. Justin made the process very painless and almost enjoyable, no fast talking, no bs. I would recommend working with Justin to anyone. More
