My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was set for 2:00pm; arrived in plenty of time at 1:50pm, however car was not ready until 4:30pm. Part of the issue was for a replacement key, but not su set for 2:00pm; arrived in plenty of time at 1:50pm, however car was not ready until 4:30pm. We bought a used 2007 Prius here, and after 11 years, finally had a repair bill that we didn't want to invest in the old car.
