Thankful for the Service Dept Team My 2011 Prius needed just to have an oil change and lube completed on Wednesday as I was driving it to Chicago the next day. Unknown to me, I needed My 2011 Prius needed just to have an oil change and lube completed on Wednesday as I was driving it to Chicago the next day. Unknown to me, I needed the calipers and brake pads replaced on one side however one part was missing and had to be ordered. Dave assured it would be delivered the next day - so he set me up with a loaner car to drive home and return at 9:00 the next morning when the work on my car would be completed. All went well and I made it to Chicago on time! Thanks, Dave! More
