Thank-you to Krista Shields! I approached Krista at Sunshine Toyota about a vehicle other than the one I bought. She went well out of her way on a particularly nasty day to take I approached Krista at Sunshine Toyota about a vehicle other than the one I bought. She went well out of her way on a particularly nasty day to take me to the shop where it was to be detailed. After cleaning 4" of heavy, wet snow off the car for me so I could see it, we then took the car for a test drive in typical nasty Michigan winter weather conditions. After all was said and done, I decided to wait and "mull" it over a bit. She had to endure a "no-sale" that day after all she'd done. I like to think I made it up to her a couple weeks later when I returned to buy a newer 2015 RAV4. Throughout the entire time, Krista was nothing short of completely friendly and professional! When I called about the problem they got me right in that afternoon. Lights on the dash said contact your dealer and also the engine was not up to standard. Check engine light came on also. Scared me so I called them right a way. They took it for a while and check it all out. They did not find anything wrong but said let them know if I experience the problem again and take pictures would be helpful. I talked with Bob for a bit while there. He has been a most wonderful salesman. This is my 2nd car bought from him. More
