Really frustrating doing a survey this way and being asked to respond in such a specific manner. It's as if negative reviews will disappear because the person hasn't chosen to respond in such an exacting way.... I am done dealing with this survey. I wrote my review. That should be enough. If Suntrup wants to contact me they have my cantact information from when I purchased the car.
