After purchasing three vehicles from the Suntrup family of dealers in the past 15 years, a Rating is based on my experience today at Suntrup Hyundai. After purchasing three vehicles from the Suntrup family of dealers in the past 15 years, and anticipating being in the market for four over the next five years (growing family needs), I was surprised at how my family was treated for a potential used car purchase today. Today's experience will definitely impact my thought process as I research new and used car purchases in the future. Visited early this afternoon and test drove a used Elantra. Then went and visited other dealers. Decided the Suntrup Elantra would be the right purchase, pending price & a check by my mechanic. When I arrived, another individual was test driving the Elantra I was deciding on. After my salesman spoke with Sean, I was offered first-rights to the purchase of the car if we could agree on the price. After some negotiation, a price was selected, and I signed a letter of intent to purchase the vehicle. Later, I was told the car was being sold to another individual, but I was free to review other opportunities they had. I promptly left. I don't know how many hundreds of dollars were gained today by breaking my trust and wasting my family's time, but I know the future possibility of many thousands of dollars in profit were risked. More

Apalling And Unethical This is the worst car buying experience of my life, and of any I have ever heard of. We were sold a used car with a major flaw. From day one water has been getting into the car, the windshield is full of water and front floor mats are wet. The Dealership will not make this right and fix the car. The car is useless with this problem. Jake Belcher would not answer or return my calls. This is all very unethical. Did not want to give even one star for rating the dealership, but could not send it without. More
