Kathy's Review When I received my care, the one dome light was not working, and the vehicle had not been filled up (3/4 full). I was told to bring the car in on Frid When I received my care, the one dome light was not working, and the vehicle had not been filled up (3/4 full). I was told to bring the car in on Friday and the part would be in and vehicle repaired. I had purchased a new 2017 Elantra Limited on Wednesday 10/26. When I got there on Friday 10/28, I was first told I'd have to wait at least 90 minutes because I didn't have an appointment. I was very unhappy since I was told to bring the brand new car in, and no time given. The service person understood my frustrations for having just purchased a brand new vehicle and all the parts weren't working and I shouldn't have to wait for something that should have been in complete working order when I purchased the car. Then found out the part wasn't even in, that the whole dome would have to be replaced and Tuesday, the 1st of November was the earliest to expect it. I was notified by email 10/31 in the late afternoon, to bring the car in at 7:30 am. I did so and it took an hour to replace but I was okay now that I knew what to expect. More
