Dirty Dealers We came to Suntrup Hyundai because of their advertisement on the radio about how they make good deals and fair prices. When we finally picked out a c We came to Suntrup Hyundai because of their advertisement on the radio about how they make good deals and fair prices. When we finally picked out a car, we negotiated what we thought was a reasonable price. However, it wasn't until after we had finished applying for the financing that Jon the finance guy told us the amount that was financed and we were so confused because that was NOT the amount we had agreed to pay for the car! It was about $500 more than what we thought we had agreed to. We even had the paperwork to back it up. David had us "sign" on a line he drew on a piece of paper of the price we agreed to. However, the actual price (written on a different sheet of paper in the corner) was the price we were charged and we did not sign anything approving that price. Unfortunately, since we had already gotten approved for financing of that amount, it was too late to change anything else. If we weren't in such a hurry to buy a car, we would have definitely left as this is dirty dealing at it's finest. In addition, we were promised leather car mats that would be ordered and we were to come in the next week to pick them up. When we went to pick them up, the mats were carpet and not leather. The car already came with carpet mats. Mind you, we live about 23 miles away from this dealership so it is by no means close to us. It takes us 30 minutes to drive out there. We requested that the leather mats be sent to us, but they refused and told us we had to come back the next day to pick up the leather mats. We did. In all, they made us waste 2 hours of our time and 90 miles on our brand new car for a mistake they made. Time is money, and they overcharged and wasted our time. Not to mention the car purchasing process took 5 hours, FIVE HOURS!! We were there from noon till 5:30pm when we finally were able to drive off the lot with our car. They were dragging out the time for sure. Will never recommend this place. Sly dealership. I also think I should mention that it is inappropriate to coerce your customers to give you a perfect review. That is unfair practice. Like I said before, sly dealership, sly salesmen.
