Truth and Respect My Subaru (purchased at Suntrup) has an intermittent light problem. Arman in the service department went out of his way to try to resolve the problem My Subaru (purchased at Suntrup) has an intermittent light problem. Arman in the service department went out of his way to try to resolve the problem. They had to keep the car to see if it would act up, and Arman kept us informed every day and kept re-offering a loaner car. Not once did I ever feel I was being talked down to. My husband was even impressed! Arman is an asset to the department. He even contacted a Subaru service department about the problem and gave us a point-of-contact if the problem reoccurs. More
