Only thing I didn't like at first was that I asked for a budget of $375 a month and he came back with a higher price and tried to get me to agree with that price. But of course, I said NO and he was able to come back with a price of $380 which was very close to my budget but with it being a BRAND NEW car, I accepted the deal. He helped me figure out what I wanted and how to get it. I was very nervous at the prospect of buying a new car, but by the time I left, i couldnt have been more ready. Scott walked me thoroughevery part of the process and has continued to be courteous and respectful. I have been by twice in the first two weeks for a car wash, and Scott knows my name, and makes sure to ask me if I have any questions or if there is anything he can help me with. I will go there again and again. AND i will recommend SCOTT NOLTE as your salesman. I am very very satisfied. More

I just tested one car and got a quick rough estimate of the price because I had to go back to work. As a young recent college graduate I have 0 credit, therefore I needed a co-signer. Since I have no family in the country I asked my college advisor to co-sign me. Since he is very busy and it was right before the last weeks of school, I knew it was going to be hard to make our schedules match. I made a second appointment and unfortunately my co-signer could not make it, but I still went since I was in such a rush the first time I went. The original employee was not even there, it was some other person who told me I could not buy the car due to my student visa status. I had been out of town unexpectedly working on aid for a tragic earthquake that hit my country over the weekend and I still made it to the appointment so I was very upset. This is something they could have done over the phone and save my time. He told me I should lease and handed me the credit application assuming I still wanted to buy/lease from them even though they told me I could not buy from them (?). In all this mess, the original employee stopped texting me twice when I was explaining my situation, which I found very rude. He also insisted that I bring my co-signer even though I told him I was still figuring out his schedule. Then he asked me yet again if I had a co-signer as if he didn't believe I had one. They also told me they were giving me the best trade in deal for my car, but when I did my research, checked kelly blue book, and went to other dealership, I realized they were taking advantage of me being clueless about cars. I also asked about their college grad deals but it turns out you need to have a job in your field that pays over $2,000 a month. This is quite hard for as recent college grads to find since most of us only find part-time jobs in our fields at first. I give it 2 stars because the first employee was very nice and helpful at first, and worked with me on a rush visit, also, the manager was very friendly and caring. But overall, I do not recommend this dealership for young women who do not know about cars. I know it is hard to find, but go somewhere where they respect you no matter who you are, where they respect your time, somewhere where they do not try to cheat you on your trade in or doubt your words, and explain things throughly. I have no family members in the country to help me and I felt very discouraged with my experience in this dealership. More

We discussed the appropriate pricing based on the Hyundai rebates being offered and I said I'll take it. We finished with the finance rep and I drove away satisfied with my new car. More
