It was not. I am from Illinois, where dealers take care of tax, title and license when you buy a car. I told this guy that. He purposely neglected to let me know how it works in Missouri because had I known I had to come up another $2000 to transfer my plates, I never would have bought the car from him. And he knew it. He kept assuring me because he knew the consequence of telling me the truth. I contact Hyundai, they said they were contacting him. That was 6 months ago. I never heard anything from anyone. More
