However after owning my truck for 3 weeks I turned on the heat which I was told was fully functional to find out it did not work. I called me salesman he set up an appointment for me to bring my truck in and provided me with a loaner vehicle. When I was called to let me know my truck was fixed they told me it was going to cost me $900 to get it fixed after I paid them $31,000 three weeks prior for a vehicle. I was outraged at this fact then when I got to the dealer the GM was acting as if he was doing me a favor by telling me the bill would only be $200 instead of $900. If i purchased a vehicle I assume the heat would work and if not the dealer would make it right, apparently this is not how they opperate at suntrup hyundai. My fiance was going to buy a new vehicle there but we will be taking our business elsewhere, definitely not to a Suntrup dealer, I will never spend another dime at any of their dealerships after this experience. I did fail to mention Jason one of their finance guys was a pleasent person but their General Sales Manager Sean Kelley was useless More

He had a thorough knowledge of all of the accessories on the new redesigned 2016 Tucson and went out of his way to locate and deliver on a new fully loaded black 2016 Tucson with all of the extra accessories I wanted on the vehicle at a fair price. I found the financing woman to be very personable, easy to talk to and she explained the many options available to me as well as all of the necessary documents that I was signing. Joey told me the car I found online(11 Cruze) was a okay car but showed me a 13 Elantra that he said was a better deal because of the certified warranty.
