Treat You Like Family Great Experience Recently my wife and I decided to purchase a new car for her mother. Living nearly 2,000 miles away from her location, we approached the purchase wit Recently my wife and I decided to purchase a new car for her mother. Living nearly 2,000 miles away from her location, we approached the purchase with much anxiety. We looked for dealers in the St Louis Mo area that had high ratings from their customers and an inventory with a wide selection. We narrowed our selection to two dealerships. Ultimately focusing in on Suntrup Hyundai because of customer reviews. After visiting their website and narrowing our selection to one model with the options we wanted, I contacted the sales manager for Suntrup Hyundai: Jake Belcher. All this was done over the Internet. From our first email I could tell Jake was customer focused. We agreed on a price and he set the car aside until my wife flew in to St Louis a few days later. Jake told us he would have his best sales agent Tommy complete our purchase. Here is where the story gets even better. Tommy has been in the auto business for over 30 years. He might be a great salesman but he truly is a wonderful person. He wasn’t “High Pressure” in any way. He treated my wife and mother more like long time customers and family. Taking the time to ensure my mother in law would be happy with her purchase he urged her to test drive the car. Before leaving for the test drive he took the extra effort to point out all the nuances of the 2015s. He then prepared the paperwork and again took the time to instruct her on all the features of the auto before my wife and mother in law left the dealership. To quote my wife it was truly the best car purchase she has ever been involved with. Tommy was respectful, concerned, efficient and informative. He helped guide her through the purchasing processes. Relieving any stress or anxiety she initially might have had. My whole family would recommend this dealership to anyone considering the purchase of a Hyundai. Go see Jake and Tommy.
