I started the day between a rock and a hard place; having recently bought a house two months ago and having my car destroyed totaled in the big hail storm that hit the Farmington two weeks later. To say my finances are limited are an understatement. I got to Suntrup Hyundai late in the day, having been visiting other dealerships and having driven a number of other cars. Enter Joey B. We tried plenty of vehicles and I just couldn't find what I was looking for or what was comfortable for me in my price range. Thankfully, Joey was very patient with me and always had another option in mind. After being sure I was leaving the day empty handed, I found my 2011 Nissan Sentra that was right in my pricing wheelhouse. I can't thank Joey B. enough for his patience, knowledge and tenacity. While I hope my car lasts a long time, I know that if I need to replace it, I'll come find Joey B. You should too! More

I enrolled in their graduate program where I showed proof of my diploma and my offer letter of my new career in st. Louis and freddy got me into a 2015 Hyundai Elantra! I love the color and of course all the cool features such as the back up camera!, which helps out a lot with me living in the city now. What I want you to know most of all is that as soon as I walked in Suntrup I knew I was at the right place. Freddy's customer service was amazing and he made me feel comfortable and at ease the whole time. He never made me feel like he was trying to trick me like the other dealerships did because I was female, young and African American. I am relieved to say that I know I made the right decision purchasing with freddy, so much that I will be posting about my amazing experience on my social networks. As with any car salesman, I was a little skeptical of him at first thinking he was only there to sell me a car and benefit himself, but Joey really worked with me to find me the car that best suited my needs. Instead of "selling" me a car, he asked what I was looking for and what I really truly needed. It did take a little bit of time, but he worked with me to make sure I left with the car that was perfect for me! No doubt I will come back to him for my next car and recommend him to any of my family/friends looking. More

The only way to actually know what is available and how much the car will cost is to go to to 4 or 5 places in town to check out what they have. So I did. My mistake was trying to go to all of them in one day. By the time I made it to Suntrup and talked to Joey, I was pretty tired of the B.S. Haggling for a fair price is like pulling teeth. So, looking back, I feel kind of bad about how I started off the conversation with Joey. The first thing I did when we met was to shake his hand and tell him not to waste my time. He looked a little shocked at how blunt I was, but he warmed up right away. I told him what I had to deal with at the last four dealerships, and he said he would be up-front about pricing. Remember how I said I did my homework? Well, that's true. Except, Joey was able to give me way more information about similar cars to the one I was originally interested in. So even though I went in looking for a Corolla, I left the dealership interested in an Elantra. I'd like to tell you that I bought the car right then and there, but I like to do my research. So after wasting about two hours of Joey's time, I left without buying anything. Instead I went home and did more research on the Elantra. Turns out Joey was telling the truth - the price he quoted me was fair and competitive. So I went back a few days later and bought my Elantra. I don't regret it one bit. If you want to find a good car that fits your needs at a fair price, then talk to Joey. He won't waste your time. More
