Took my Hyundai Palisade in for routine maintenance. Was immediately met by Veronica who checked me in and paged Tim to let him know I was there. Tim came into the waiting room to let me know when they had started to work on the car and kept me posted on the progress. Work was done quickly and I was back out on the road in record time. Tim was very pleasant to speak with. He explained everything thoroughly and was great about checking to make sure the service we needed was covered under our warranty. He was honest with stating I may have to possibly bring my vehicle back in to catch the glitch I was having, but assured me he made notations of the issue I was having. Should the issue arise again, he would contact Hyundai to have the piece replaced. My parents have been in a losing battle with Auffenberg Hyundai in Ofallon, IL regarding repairs on their 2021 Santa Fe. So to have Tim and Suntrup looking out for us and actually showing he cares, makes us so appreciative! Suntrup has been a great dealership to us. From the purchase, to financing, and now Tim and the service department! 5 star Dealer! More
