Everytime I visit for service they are helful and prompt. The sales staff are very eager to help. Inventory is limited and prices are not super competitive but they make up for that in service.

"No warranty or written document "

Update. After not honoring warranty on 2 year old SUV, company would not even provide document on what was wrong or reason for rejection. After bad social media, would not even work on car. Worst service.

"Waste your time"

HOME of the TWO HOUR PLUS+ oil change. And this was with an appointment. This company does NOT value your time. Please don't waste your valuable time by going there even if the service is free. My guess is that they have newbie techs that are being paid as little as possible. Of course, the techs will get all the blame and told to work faster. We will never return and never is a big word. Never.

My Sales Rep made my visit fun. She has great customer Service. This is something I have come to expect from Hyundai dealer ships. I have always had great customer service experience with Hyundai dealer ships , I manage a retail location and it took everything I had not to give her my business card and offer her a job.

I have never been treated so poorly. The service manager is rude and unprofessional. Specific concerns I had about my vehicle were never checked. The wait time I was quoted for repairs was double the time I actually waited. I will not spend one penny at this dealership again. Check their rating on the BBB.

I have never met a service manager as attentive and helpful as Don! Every time I come in for oil changes on my vehicle, he does whatever it takes to ensure I'm taken care of! Not only is the price right, but his friendliness and overall amazing customer service makes me feel so glad I bought and service my 2011 Elantra at Suntrup Hyundai Wentzville! I tell everyone I know looking for a Hyundai that it's the absolute best car buying experience!

Bought a used Hyundai from a different dealership, and thought I could figure out how to connect my phone to the car's Bluetooth so I didn't bother to have them show me. After a few unsuccessful attempts at it, finally decided to ask for help at Suntrup Hyundai. Even though I didn't buy the car from them, they were very friendly - and helpful. My phone is now connected, and I'm a little smarter. Thanks for the great customer service. It makes a difference.

I wish to relay to all who take the time to read up on the dealers in the area, that if you want the experience that you would expect after spending your hard earned money on a vehicle, you need to consider this dealership specifically. This is my first Hyundai purchase, and I can tell you that the Service Manager at Suntrup West has truly set the bar for exceptional customer service, and has presented the Hyundai commitment to taking care of their customers in the most memorable way! Due to the sheer convieniance of the dealership being nearby, I did shop them prior to making my purchase, but was not able to find the specific Sonata I wanted and price, but regardless really liked the interaction with the staff. I did find my car and deal at another dealer, but wanted to have the benefit of using SHW, but I was hesitant, as I thought they might frown on my buying elsewhere. Pressed for time due to taking a holiday road trip, I needed to get my first major service interval done, so I bucked up and called them to make an appointment. From the moment I showed up, I was greeted by Don Loness, who I must say is one of the finest servicemen I have ever come to meet. He not only took my car in before the place opened, but when he asked where I bought and I told him, he shared "doesn't matter, I service vehicles and take care of you". I was floored!! He proceeded to take care of me and my service needs as if I had bought my car there! In thinking back to the extent of his great service, I honestly dont think I would have even been treated that well where I bought the car from. In this day and age, good service is in the tank generally speaking, but I will tell you that there are are a few places still around to do it RIGHT, and Don Loness and his team at Suntrup in Wentzville know how to give the old school style of care that makes you feel good about every penny paid for the Hyundai Experience. I love my car, and have seen with my own eyes the difference, having owned both American and foreign vehicles. GO SEE Don and his team if you ever need service, they are totally top shelf!!

"Don has time and time again proven to be an asset to the..."

Don has time and time again proven to be an asset to the staff. He is always friendly (even for an early morning oil change), makes sure things are done in a timely manner, and always explains the breakdown of the charges. I live an hour away from the dealership, but Don's service and attitude makes the commute for something as mundae as an oil change completely worth it. I can't sing his praises enough!
