What began with Bill Suntrup opening the first dealership in the 1960s has blossomed into a multi-generational, family-run automotive empire. Just a decade after Bill launched his first dealership, his brother Don joined him, and together, they laid the foundation for what would become the Suntrup Automotive Group.

Bill's sons, Chris and Tom, are partners in Suntrup West County Volvo, with Tom also serving as President and CEO of Suntrup Ford Kirkwood, Suntrup Buick GMC in St. Peters, and Suntrup Ford Westport.
On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, Suntrup Hyundai, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

We had to wait for a 2022 Seltos EX AWD for 8 weeks but it was worth it! We were originally were helped by Moe Saad but had to passed over to Brandon Smith as we waited for the arrival of our new car. Br it was worth it! Brandon checked in with my husband and let us know that the car finally arrived! We came to pick it up but Brandon was not available for the pick up process but Moe Saad came to the rescue! With Jarrod in finance to help get the paperwork done fast and efficiently to Moe showing us every little detail about our new Seltoss, this dealership gets the highest rating from my husband & myself!
