What began with Bill Suntrup opening the first dealership in the 1960s has blossomed into a multi-generational, family-run automotive empire. On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia, Suntrup Hyundai, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

Mark was a pleasure to work with but, listening to other employees within an earshot using foul language continously was a turn off. We understand that they are going through a transition process with manag employees within an earshot using foul language continously was a turn off. We understand that they are going through a transition process with management, but the professionalism from the staff other than Mark wasn't much to be desired. Maybe they were having a bad day but, they just need to tone down the language and be more professional. More

My experience at this dealership was awesome. James Bullock was our sales guy and he was amazing! My husband and I were looking for an SUV to fit our family’s needs and we told him what we were lookin Bullock was our sales guy and he was amazing! My husband and I were looking for an SUV to fit our family’s needs and we told him what we were looking for, what price range we were wanting, and most importantly, how we wanted an SUV with 3 rows of seats since we have 3 kids :). James got us an amazing deal on a 2021 Kia Sorento. We also received a great value for our trade in which was a 2017 Toyota RAV4. Once he got us all situated we were passed on to financing, and the lady (I forgot her name) was such a pleasure to work with. It was a great experience overall. We were met with amazing customer service, super personable staff, and we got the vehicle we needed/wanted after being shown a couple of different options. Thank you guys so much! More
