He immediately put me at ease.I was expecting a salesman who would pressure me to pay more than I wanted to, and one that assumed that since I was a single woman, I was stupid and did not know anything about buying a car. I was pleasantly surprised when I met Nick. I liked him from the beginning and immediately knew I could trust him. He did not intimidate me, speak to me like an idiot or a child, try and pressure me into anything, call me "honey" or "sweetie," or make any assumptions about what I needed or wanted. He went above and beyond, and was supportive and informative throughout. I never felt confused about what was happening, and he let me test drive anything I wanted. I had about a million questions and was looking for something pretty specific, and he had no problem with this at all. I left with the perfect car at the perfect price, and I cannot recommend this dealership enough. I had left another dealership in tears before coming to this one, and I left here glowing.
