When I pulled in I was greeted by multiple people and although I dropped in unexpectedly DAN MANN was able to assist me right away. He went above and beyond to make sure not only did he get me out of my upside down mess but made sure I left with a car I loved! He patiently showed us multiple Kia Souls with different options and designs and helped us to find exactly what we wanted. He worked with us on the prices and deals, and answered every question we threw at him perfectly. Josh was respectful of our time and made sure that we were never left twiddling our thumbs. There were some options that we didn't get with our purchase, but he helped us with figuring out the costs and methods of having those options added on to our car at a later date if we decided to get them. Not only did he find us exactly what we asked for, but he showed us a vehicle with even more than we ever expected. Originally, we weren't fond of the color (yellow), but he quickly sold us on it in less than five minutes. I was pleased with how consultative he was, how interested he was in learning what I did and did not want in my next vehicle and how he didn't pressure me to make a decision. He was quick to make suggestions and backed those suggestions with reasons why certain vehicles made sense. There is a great chemistry at Suntrup Kia between the sales staff, service department and also with finance. Everyone there was friendly!
