It wasn’t presented in a way where it was “hey would you guys like this coverage and extras, and if so this is your payment”. It felt more pushed onto us which we didn’t appreciate. However we did finish paperwork with a lesser term than what we had originally thought we were going to go with and left happy to have our new family vehicle. More
