We purchased a new vehicle last year from this same dealership w.o much headache but this time was different and ruined the impression I originally had. My wife inquired about trading in her vehicle on a new vehicle listed online for $44,920 (which is msrp according to kia). She originally sent an email to our previous sales associate. No reply. She emailed the general sales and received a response from someone in sales telling her to come to the dealer. This is the middle of the day and they closed at 6pm we weren't going to be able to make it by the time we got off work. We informed them that we'd like to get some additional information before coming up and wasting everyone's time. We received no email responses from that point forward even after sending several other emails. I tried calling numerous times and leaving messages. I finally received a call from salesman Brian Hampe who rudely said that the price being advertised online is incorrect and missing a $5,000 dealer mark up, The vehicle is now $49,920+/- just simply because they can!! I asked about placing an order for a different vehicle and was told they are no longer taking orders. At this point I realized they are not interested selling a vehicle for the price it's advertised for. Not to mention the way Brian was rushing me off the phone, it was clear he wasn't interested in helping me. Brian Basically said sorry about you. I called and emailed the sales manager about these issue and have heard nothing back. Price is still listed the same as of this morning More

In short September 2020 I traded my Kia in for a lease Kia. I was shown the car I was going to be leased and then sat for 3 hours to complete paperwork, then was told I could not have that car it was goin Kia. I was shown the car I was going to be leased and then sat for 3 hours to complete paperwork, then was told I could not have that car it was going to someone else. I was told that the salesman would bring me a similar car to my home and I could sign the papers the next day. Fast forward to August 2021. I decided to give back my lease. I was told my lease would be paid off in full. The dealership picked up my car 8/9/2021. I asked if I would receive any paperwork and was told I don’t. Fast forward again. Out of sight out of mind. Received a bill from Kia for personal property tax. Gave Kia a call and it says I still owe on the lease, the account hasn’t even been closed. They have never allocated the money to my account correctly or closed it per Kia. Called the salesman and he said he would call me back on this. Waited a week called him back and he was rude. Completely unacceptable especially my account being open still and has brought my credit down. Still no resolution. I had planned in a couple years to go back and purchase a vehicle BUT I definitely won’t go back there. More

Service department at Kia Suntrup is horrendous. Made appointment to have rear alignment checked. Called 3 hours later for update and they couldn’t find my car. Then said they need to keep it overnight but I’d be their top priority the next morning. Morning came and went never heard a thing. No text. No call. Tried calling but could only get voicemail. Texts are ignored. Go anywhere else but here. They’re probably the most disorganized and most unprofessional service department I’ve ever encountered. They simply don’t care. More
