Only negative I would say is the lady at the cashier window was not personable at all.. you were just another transaction to her. He has been there, every step of the way, listening about a hiccup I had, notifying me of recalls that exist, running interference for me with service concerns, letting me know about good deals coming up, etc. He is ALWAYS available by cell phone. He is a great advocate for Suntrup. A shout out for Blaze Schrieber as well. He has facilitated my most recent 2 leases, and has done a great job. More
