I spoke to Oz Osman over the phone, and he was very pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan pleased to help me right away. However, the day I had free to come by the dealership, he informed me that he would be out. And so he assigned Aldijan to me instead, whom I gathered was personally trained by Oz. If Oz did train Mr. Aldijan, then it provides testament to his effectiveness, as Aldijan couldn't have been more polite and helpful. Despite some clerical errors in other departments that made the process difficult, Oz's stand-in really stepped up in customer service and proved he was plenty knowledgeable. I can certainly recommend Aldijan, and, if his protégé is any indication, I can recommend Mr. Osman as well. More

Oz made the whole experience of buying a new car easy and far less stressful than I've had in the past. I came in looking at one car and ended up wanting something a little different and Oz just rolled with far less stressful than I've had in the past. Loved working with Dan, he kept me informed throughout the process and it really felt like he was going above and beyond. I dropped off my car the night before for a simple oil change and inspection. There was a recall on my car I was told over the phone. At 12:15pm, the next day I called to see if the car was ready left a change and inspection. There was a recall on my car I was told over the phone. At 12:15pm, the next day I called to see if the car was ready left a voice mail. At 5pm I called and was told no one knew anything, and this was a call center phone number. We drove to the service center, arrived at 5:45pm only to find out my car was ready for pick up........... (note: this was a Friday night) My car smelled terrible of gas inside and was dirty. We took it to Auto Spa to have my 2022 car cleaned inside and out. We still don't understand why no one bothered to call/text about our car being ready for pick up.............. Service after the sale is very important to me and my family. Please, make improvements, you are better than this kind of service. More
