I went to a few other dealerships first and was totally underwhelmed by the service I received -- I even almost settled for a much worse car because they made me feel that it was my best option based on what was available. Luckily, I decided to go back to Suntrup before settling, and I was so happy to see Chip Kearney sitting at the same desk he shook my hand at 5 years ago. I knew I could trust Chip, and he really came through, finding me a 2017 Passat with tons of safety features. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Chip again; he was personable, warm, and went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my new car. 10/10 would recommend :) Armin was awesome to work with too -- they truly have a great team at Suntrup!!
