The sales process for the purchase of a used car was fine. Where this review goes bad is when it comes to service. The expertise of those who actually work on your vehicle (the technicians, not the serv fine. Where this review goes bad is when it comes to service. The expertise of those who actually work on your vehicle (the technicians, not the service writers) leaves much to be desired. Over the past few years, I have had to bring my car for repairs repeatedly, and more often than not it is not diagnosed correctly and I have to bring it back and fight for a rental vehicle. There have been multiple mistakes, not just one or two. The prices are also astronomical, and very flexible I learned, if you have the energy to plead your case. I will not be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership, nor will I recommend anyone I know to do so. More
