I had an appt. at 10:40am for an oil change, rotate/balance tires, and check brake condition. I arrived around 9:00 and the service tech asked me if I was waiting at 10:40am for an oil change, rotate/balance tires, and check brake condition. I arrived around 9:00 and the service tech asked me if I was waiting or dropping off. I told him I had an appt. at 10:40 but was dropping it off early. He thanked me for bringing it in early. I also asked him if he could put together a list of tires they sold that would fit my car to have ready when I pick up. I received no call or text all day, other than the initial text after I dropped off. Finally, around 4:00, I texted him and he told me my car is in the garage now. I made an appt. in the morning so I could be done early (before rush hour). Apparently, he thought I was dropping off all day??? Next time I guess I'll have to tell them I'm waiting so they will do the work at my actual appt. time. I also didn't get any list of prospective tires for my car. More

This dealership runs deceptive adds on their website. They currently offer a transmission fluid exchange for $189.95. To be fair the add states starting at $189.95. I have a 2014 Nissan Altima that I bou They currently offer a transmission fluid exchange for $189.95. To be fair the add states starting at $189.95. I have a 2014 Nissan Altima that I bought new from the dealership and went there today to have the transmission serviced. Much to my surprise the service technician told me the price would be $340 and was so proud to tell me that the add said starting at! It was a gotch you moment for him. I explained that I was aware of the qualifying comment but why would my service be so much more? I was told because the price is not for CVT transmissions. My problem with this is that Nissan has only made cars with CVT transmissions since the early 2000's unless you were purchasing a truck. In the add there is a picture of three individuals behind three Nissan vehicles which all have CVT transmissions! If the add doesn't apply to CVT transmissions it should have stated that on the coupon! They also send out ads offering a battery for (Starting at) $115.00. That's another deception. no such batter exists for my car anywhere near that price. I'm at a loss at how Nissan and Suntrup would send out such deceptive adds to their customers. Nissan was once a brand that I believed in, but no more and I trust their Suntrup dealership even less. More

I was originally scheduled for 1/22/24, which was when we had terrible weather. No one contacted me until I made my way into the dealership they you were going to have to cancel since the mechanics did not c had terrible weather. When the repairs were made someone who was in my car changed a number of settings I was not happy about. They turned my lights from auto to off, moved my seat into some crazy position, and changed my radio station to some conservative talk radio. I can't understand how it was necessary to change these things and don't understand why I can't expect to get my car back in the condition I left it. More
