This was a basic oil change. Nothing to brag or complain about. I don't really know why you waste the tech's time having them send me a video of my car getting an oil change. If it is a major repair and they want to show what is wrong, great. Otherwise, stop wasting time and adding to the repair clock and cost. The adviser was fine. The dealer washed the car outside. Those car washes are always sub-par for anyone who actually wants the whole car clean. Didn't vacuum or anything as the adviser said was done. I also don't appreciate the nine follow-up emails asking for ratings for every little service stop. Then I got a text seeming to threaten the advisor if I didn't rate him at certain levels. Way to manipulate higher scores, I guess. Are you happy I filled out the survey now? More
