I came for a simple oil change but I received a quote that was outrageous. I had to go to the service manager to get another quote that was way below but not what I was use to paying. Went in for an oil change & tire rotation; was sold on 4 new tires & still got charged $89 for the rotation. No complementary wash even after spending $1,600. Customer service at both Nissan & VW was lackin new tires & still got charged $89 for the rotation. No complementary wash even after spending $1,600. Customer service at both Nissan & VW was lacking. Not sure if it's the construction frustrations or rate of pay that has these advisors so disgruntled, but the experience wasn't pleasant. More
