I'd give you a five star rating, however I just needed an oil change and cabin filters completed. I'm from Out of State and just needed ths quick service. Someone from the service department changed my radio oil change and cabin filters completed. I'm from Out of State and just needed ths quick service. Someone from the service department changed my radio station's and deleted my previous destinations history and returned the vehicle with mud all along the passenger side! As a military retiree, having moved all over the US, this previous history information was very important to me. In any other of the five National Nissian dealerships (OH, VA, SC, PA, NY) that have serviced my Pathfinder, this behavior has never occured in the past. It's too late to complain the damage has been done. However, because this happened I'm unable to endorse this service center and nor will I recommend it. More
